RIO Surveys provides Architectural Services for any type of projects in London and surrounding areas - extensions, conversions, new houses, commercial refurbishments and alterations
Every architecture project in the office, no matter how small, receives the same rigorous approach to achieve the optimum design, in response to the brief and budget, to solve any problem that is presented.
Pride is taken in the quality of the architecture, sustainability design and the thoroughness of the drawings and documentation to ensure clear communication to the client, authorities and builder so that the process is carefully controlled for a successful project outcome.

Practice
RIO Surveys aims to create elegant buildings that make appropriate use of advanced materials and construction, while remaining sympathetic to their surroundings. Designs incorporate a thorough examination of environmental issues to reduce energy consumption and derive maximum benefit from natural resources. A significant proportion of projects are set within sensitive contexts, including historic buildings, protected landscapes and conservation areas, but proposals seek to respond creatively to such surroundings, rather than be inhibited by them.
Experience
After working with former London architect practices in the past and delivering high quality projects in the commercial, education and domestic sectors in the region, Riony Miranda established RIO Surveys to serve primarily two key needs:
Domestic Residential clients with a desire for sustainable, high quality design, needing a creative professional and experienced architect for domestic and residential projects of any size or nature.

Commercial clients seeking a smart, personalised and bespoke office design, delivering high end, contemporary, ecologically green and sustainable design, with care and sensitivity for the character of the local architecture and surrounding environment.

Riony Miranda
ARCHITECT PLANNER
Profile
Riony has over 20 years of international experience and 15 years UK experience in Architecture and Property development. He previously worked with Sayer Architects and Division 5 Construction.
Riony graduated class of 94 BSc Architecture and Urbanism from Universidad Nacional de la Plata in Argentina. He also holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Sunderland, UK.

Hobbies
Riony loves to do Saturday BBQs with his Family (including his dog named Chico). Meanwhile, Sundays are spent at the park with the community supporting his local football team 'Real Santa Cruz'.
Martin Miranda - Antelo
TOWN PLANNER
Profile
Martin graduated BA Hons Designing Cities: Planning and Architecture from the University of Westminster. Moving on to studying MSc Urban Regeneration at the Bartlett School Of Planning UCL 2020-2022 .
Martin is able to use Vectorworks, SketchUp, GIS and Adobe Suite. During his studies, Martin also has experience in community development, youthwork and bid writing.
Hobbies
Martin enjoys to spend his time training Boxing and Muay Thai during the week. He also loves to go to the Cinema and Bowling with friends in the weekends.​
